In this all-levels class we will move through a series of heart-opening poses as we practice bringing joy, love, & compassion into our hearts and send it back out into the world.

Mats and blocks will be available, but feel free to bring your own!
As a bonus, you get your choice of a fresh smoothie ready for you at the end of class!
