Our Instructors

Lauren Matos

Lauren is a trained 200 hour RYT with a passion for creating classes that are inspired by flowing movement connected with breath and music that will make you feel like you’re doing a little dance through each pose.

“Yoga changed my life back in 2015 and ever since then I’ve dreamed of sharing this beautiful practice with whoever I can.”

Movement is medicine.

Breathwork is medicine.

Mindfulness is medicine.

“I hope my classes will help you feel refreshed and rejuvenated, calm and centered, and that you leave class with an open heart and settled mind.”

Aside from yoga, Lauren adores her 2 year old daughter and loves to spend time with her husband and family. Spending time in nature is a necessity. Art, music, traveling, and constantly looking for new things to learn are all other deep passions.

Jenna Castellano

Jenna is a 200 hr CYT. She first came to yoga about 10 years ago out of curiosity about the benefits of intentional breathing. Jenna quickly realized how deeply healing the combination of breath and movement can be. “That realization inspired me to share the tools of yoga with others. Tools that support physical longevity, personal and spiritual growth, deeper self-connection, and mindful living.”

Jenna’s teaching style is primarily vinyasa, with attention to the importance of transitions between poses. She focuses on building strength, stability, and mobility while staying mindful. Jenna creates classes that are a healthy balance of challenge and fun, encouraging growth, and leaving space for play and ease. Most of her inspiration is drawn straight from the beauty of nature.

“Yoga has given me so much, and I’m excited to continue to share this gift!“
