Join Lauren at Anechó Coffee’s office space in Boonton on Saturday, August 23rd at 10:00am as we support our strong and beautiful friend Francesca’s fight with cancer. This class will be a 60 minute, all levels yoga class. Mats and blocks will be available, but feel free to bring your own!
