Join Lauren at Anechó Coffee’s office space in Boonton on Thursday, January 1st at 10:30am as we ease into the new year with a gentle, yet energizing yoga class! We’ll set our intentions and begin the new year together feeling refreshed and inspired!
This class will be a 60 minute, all levels yoga class. Mats and blocks will be available, but feel free to bring your own!

Cancellation Policy
By registering for a class, you agree to our cancellation terms. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled class are eligible for a full refund or credit.
If you cancel within 24 hours of the class, unfortunately we’re unable to issue a refund, as your spot has already been reserved and prepared for.
